What We Do

We provide training and coaching to anyone and everyone in your organization. We have three tiers of services designed to match your goals.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) impacts all aspects of your business. Whether you’re looking to better your results in employee retention, stakeholder buy-in, or client experience, DEI work uncovers areas of improvement many didn’t know were there.

What We Offer

Training & Facilitation

In order for DEI work to effectively influence the way you do business, everyone has to be on the same page. Think of implementing DEI like you would a new software system: new terms, new ways of working, new systems. We provide comprehensive all-staff training designed with your needs in mind. We know DEI makes organizations better places to work for and work with, and every staff member must be part of the process to get results.

Each training listed below is 2 hours long. We recognize every organization is different, and may have different needs. We are happy to develop training sessions specific to your organization.

Understanding Implicit Bias

Generally sequenced as the first training, participants will:
  • Begin developing a common understanding of DEI terminology
  • Understand how implicit bias is formed and informed by our upbringing
  • Understand how implicit bias impacts the world around us

Gatekeeping: Understanding Our Individual Power in Supporting Equity

This training is suggested for groups further along in their DEI practice, or have completed previous training sessions with us. Participants will:

Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI)

The Intercultural Development Inventory® (IDI®) is a rigorously evaluated tool that measures individual and group cultural competence. It is utilized globally in the nonprofit, public, and private sectors, as well as secondary and higher education.
